		<description>!!!!! i did it all u have 2 do is go 2 programs select ipd then, ipod updater, then, updater again then a window comes up and all u do is click restore
P.S. if u do this back up ur stuff.

The surest way to fix it is to simply restore your iPod using Apple&#039;s program. You&#039;ll lose all data, but iTunes can simply sync it back again.</description>
